GENERAL QUESTIONS
What should I wear?
General Guidelines:
- No backpacks; all purses, fanny packs, etc. subject to inspection by door security
- No athletic-wear
- No beachwear (swimsuit, boardshorts, etc.)
- No sliders, slippers, crocs, etc.
- No personal cameras with the exception of cell phones
Special Event Guidelines:
- No festival toys, swinging objects, etc.
- Outfits for Charleston Bar Crawls only authorized during the allotted bar crawl timeline
Failure to adhere to guidelines will result in denial of entry or removal from the premises with no refunds of tickets or VIP packages as applicable.
Are you a 21+ club?
Yes, Trio is strictly 21+ regardless of the show or event.
You’re not open, but I left something there last night. What should I do?
Email trio@triocharleston.com with a description of your item and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
TICKETING QUESTIONS
Do I have to purchase my ticket in advance?
This is strongly encouraged. Pre-purchasing tickets allows you to receive the best value, as ticket prices are subject to an increase at the door. Due to our limited capacity, ticket availability is also not guaranteed at the door.
